Delivery Information

We aim to send out all orders on the day we receive them if the order is placed before 2pm.

Small items that fit in a Jiffy Bag are sent by post, expect 3 to 5 day delivery.

Larger items to fit in a cardboard carton are sent for next day delivery by carrier.

Make sure you are in to sign for your goods or inform us when ordering of a safe place where they can be left.

Up to 5 x full sheets of glass can be cut to quarter sizes for box delivery. These will automatically be cut for a box unless crated delivery option is chosen.

Full and half sheet sizes of glass are despatched in crates on a pallet.

A tail lift delivery can be arranged when ordering, please request this option if required.

Carriage charges

      Free carriage applies on order values over £50 including VAT, except crated glass, and part lead boxes.

        Larger items, handicrafts and quarter sheets* of glass that fit in a cardboard carton    £8.75

* Maximum of 5 full sheets can be cut for box delivery. We cannot guarantee against breakage on sheets of glass cut to box

        Full and half size sheets of glass crated on a pallet    £65.00

Lead boxes: Full 25kg - carriage free

*The exceptions are the Scottish Highlands, all UK islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland; there will be a surcharge for deliveries to these destinations please enquire.

Damage to goods in transit

Please inspect the goods on delivery. If there are any damages sign the carriers note accordingly and notify us the same day. Claims must be made within three days of delivery.

Prices

We try to ensure price stability for at least 6 months, but lead and solder prices tend to fluctuate quite widely.
