A large front loading kiln with heavy duty steel casing and a firing chamber of 534mm (21") x 534mm (21") and 337mm (13¼") high.
● All heating elements are mounted in semi-enclosed
recess grooves inside the firing chamber which is
constructed from insulated firebricks.
● One covered peephole in the door, along with 3
tapered peepholes (with plugs) in the sides allow
you to view your work while firing and can also
help with the cooling process when left open.
● A safety switch is fitted to the door which cuts off
the power supply to the kiln when opened whilst
firing.
● Comes with a shelf 520mm (20½") square and
4 shelf supports. |

Designed for firing very large projects with a firing chamber of 560mm x 1600mm x 405mm deep for slumping glass.
● All heating elements are easily replaceable and mounted in semi-enclosed recess grooves. Insulated firebricks line the walls and bottom of
the chamber, whereas the lid has ceramic insulation.
● The easy-lift lid comes with heavy duty hinges
and is also fitted with a safety switch which cuts
off the power supply when lifted.
● 8 peepholes are located in the front of the kiln
to monitor progress of work inside.
● The GL64 has a reinforced, heavy duty steel
case and stand for a long life.

For heavy production the GL22ADTS has the same features as the GL22A (see above for details) with the addition of three side and one door element.
The advantage of the added elements is even
heat distribution for accurate firings, which gives
increased productivity due to the option of stack
firing using the kiln shelf and shelf supports. |
